How to Join
Joining MCVA is simple. Download and complete the membership application form, then mail it with your dues payment to our Sacramento headquarters. You may also renew your existing membership online via the Contact page.

Complete & Sign
Fill out all required fields, sign the form, and include proof of service if applying for Regular membership.
Mail with Payment
Mail the completed form along with your annual dues check payable to MCVA to 2245 Park Towne Circle, Sacramento CA 95825.
